Mr. Palmer has been an active real estate and hospitality investor, owner and manager for over 20 years. He has also accumulated a diverse portfolio of real estate investments as the owner of multiple luxury boutique hotels and resorts around the world. As a CPA, Palmer also has extensive experience working with acquisitions, and sales of hotels and commercial properties.

Palmer also served four years as a member of California’s Gambling Control Commission. A Southern California native, Mr. Palmer received both his Bachelor of Science and Masters Degree in Taxation from the University of Southern California.
